Through strong community collaborations and partnerships, our programs work together to provide more than temporary relief. We offer emergency shelter, access to essential resources, education, and case management designed to help people eliminate barriers and achieve sustainable self-sufficiency.
From helping families find safe housing to providing job readiness training, food distribution, and life skills education, CCH supports people on their path toward stability and independence.
