Four Paths to Building Self-Sufficiency

At CCH, our programs work together to provide more than immediate relief. Through shelter, education, essential resources, and food access, we meet people where they are and walk alongside them every step of the way.

A UNIFIED APPROACH

How Our Programs Work Together

Each CCH program is designed to meet a specific need. Together, they create a comprehensive system of support. Whether someone enters through shelter, food assistance, or resource services, we connect them to the tools and guidance needed to move forward with confidence.
