Through services like individualized case management, action plans, shower facilities, laundry services, lockers, and personalized support, we help remove barriers to employment and guide individuals toward independence.
About Keys to Hope
Keys to Hope Community Resource Center serves as a coordinated access point for individuals in La Porte County who are homeless and need support navigating life’s challenges. We work with those facing barriers to employment and housing by creating individualized strategies and connecting them to critical services, community partners, and opportunities for growth.
At the core of the program is the ABC’s to Self-Sufficiency: Appearance, Behavior, and Case Management with the Courage to Change.

Keys to Hope is designed as a reliable place individuals can return to daily for support, resources, and progress toward their goals.
- Meet with a case manager to set goals and track progress
